10k & 3k Results

My first 10K run, torture at the time but the elation kicked in at the finish. Beat my target time by almost 4 minutes. Many thanks to everyone who organised.

A prize? That’s a first for me. Thanks, guys! Good run on a sunny morning. You’ve brought more than a smile to my face (it’s OK not to check just how many runners were >60!)
