Cambuslang Harriers, since its formation in 1948, has become one of the premier cross country and road running clubs across all age groups in Scotland. We also have a very talented girls and ladies group who now regularly win major team honours.
Ronhill Cambuslang Harriers are pleased to announce the receipt of a £2,000 grant from The Big Lottery Fund 2014 Communities Award. The Club will use this funding to run cross country events for schools, including a coaching programme and taster sessions. It will also go towards publicising the club, to increase the numbers of people taking part in running.
The 2014 Communities Fund awarded grants of between £300 and £2,000 encouraging people to take part in physical activity as part of the 2014 Games legacy.
