I see on the Scottish Athletics website that this event starts at 10:30, but it is noted here as 11:00. Please let me know which is correct for my FFT listing.

11:00am, we did plan for the 3k to be at 10:30, but that will now be 11:05, just after the 10k starts.

can you please tell me if this race is chip timed and what is included in the entry fee? thanks

it’s not chip timed, but is timed, entry fee includes food afterwards at the Club House.
