Club Update, 24th May
I hope you are well and keeping safe. As we have said, it is important to keep in touch and keep connected during the lockdown.
Great to see some taking the advantage of taking part in the virtual runs. We are looking to our juniors and seniors to take part if you can in the Scottish Athletics 15min or 30min run over the coming weekend. Our juniors are invited to do the 15mins, so let’s see you out there and giving it a go, and do not worry about your time, taking part is the goal.
We said we would use zoom to help keep us all keep connected and we recently had a great ‘learning event’ for the seniors led by Iain Reid, club captain and professional physio who shared his knowledge and experience – thanks to Iain.

Have a look at our new web page and feel free to let us know what you think. You will see we are encouraging those out running just now to think of joining the club after lockdown. You can help by encouraging people to visit the web and to fill in the form.
With better weather predicted this week let’s see our junior and senior members hit the street and keep on the move. For our younger members let’s post on twitter what you are doing to keep fit.
Take care and keep in touch.
