Tuesday
Club House – 6.45pm. First Group leaves 6.50pm (10k 38min – 50min paced runners). Second group leaves 7.00pm (10k sub 38m paced runners). Generally around 8 – 9 miles. Generally a hard paced run but you can change groups to suit desired pace. The routes are posted in advance and please take time to know the route.
We will support all members to ensure they can find a suitable group to run with. It may be that we provide guidance in the first instance to improve your initial fitness levels.

Thursday
Club house – Leave club at 7.00pm. Threshold / Tempo session. Examples would be 2 x 10 mins or 5 x 1 mile.
Saturday
Various venues for grass repetition sessions, warmed up and ready to start 10.30am. See website/facebook for details
For specific junior sessions, we will publish them on the closed facebook page.
Sunday
Club House – Leave club at 10.30am. Two groups – 6 to 8 miles (10 to13km) at 7:00 to 8:00/mile pace (4:20/km to 5:00/km) or 13 plus miles (21km) at 7:00/mile pace (4:20/km) or faster.
